  Very rude staff! Not only is the man in the ticket box rude and snobby, we also had people sneaking in staring at us several times while the movie was running. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The cinema itself was rather bad as well, no suround sound, small and discoloured screen. Will not go back here again and strongly recommend everyone to spend their money elsewhere.

  Nice, well run, clean and comfortable cinema. Dress code appreciated. Smelly armpits and dirty feet do nothing for me. Ticket booth efficient to alleviate crowds blocking the entrance. No rude young people lounging around while frail elderly people stand as a result of no kids movies. Best value in Townsville. Keep up the good work.
